Never buy again!

Ive had to have my nose piece replaced two times. And each time Igor the back the lenses where in worse shape then when I sent them. I know now I should have tried to take them out.

I ordered a pair of glasses at bike week a year ago, the glasses are supposed to be lifetime warranty. My lenses are the transition style, they stopped working so i called to get a new pair, they charged me $117 and some cents for new lenses. The guy brought up my order and tood me what i needed and said it woukd be $117 and cents, so much for there lifetime warranty. So i paid the money, they sent me wrong lenses , i called them , the gut says well send us a pic of you frames which i did, he then tells me i dont have the glasses that the salesman sold me, so basically the incompetent salesman wrote down wrong style, so the guy sys oh no worries i will get the right ones out to you , so they came in mail 2 weeks later and they were also wrong. So i had to call them back up, at this point i told the guy i just want a refund and i will throw the glasses away and i complained about there so called lifetime warranty. He sends me an email telling me he will not only refund me but he will do better, he states in email that he will refund me the money and put the new lenses in my frames at no charge if i give them a positive review and send my frames to them., so i paid $25 to send my frames and both pair of lenses that were wrong to them, a week went by i emailed them to check status, guy says well we didn't receive them as of yet, this was on nov, 20th. So i tracked my package and it sows the package was received by them on the 19th @ 10:30 am, now its the 29th and still no refund nor do i have my glasses back, i have called them and emailed them numerous times with nothing being resolved, so now it looks like i have to contact pay pal and whoever else i need to contact to get my refund and my damn frames back, this company is a joke. Horrible customer service. Bunch of young kids that just dont care. I go to all the bike weeks and i will boycott there stand , all it takes is a few minutes of your time, you shouod also fire your incompetent salesman too who obviously dont know how to write down what he sold a customer.

Ripped me off

I purchased glasses from them last year at bike week. They sold me a pair of bagger glasses but charge me for the big daddy style , i paid cash so the crooked sales guy probably pocketed the remaining amount of money. They are suppose to be lifetime warranty which is BS too, because my transitions do not switch from day to night so i had to buy another pair of lenses for $110, big rip off. My suggestion to everyone who reads this never purchase anything from any vendors at bike week because those sales people are liers and crooks

Puchased 2 pair of glasses at myrtle beach bike week may 19,2018. One pair was transitions with red tint to match our bike. They convinced us to purchase saying they will replace lenses any time there is an issue. The next day i noticed a ding in the lens. I emailed to get them replaced. They asked me to send picture of lens which i did. Then i dont hear back. Email again resending pics and wait again. Finally get email saying they dont have that lens any more will i take a silver mirror. No i dont want silver mirror. They said they have red not transitions. I told them i spent that much money for transitions for riding. He says so get the silver. No its not what i want or paid for. I just purchased them last month and they are no longer available? What kind of scam is that. So the guy tells me ok i have you on the list. We will contact you when they come in could be about 3 weeks and hangs up. Horrible customer service. Sales convinces you to spend that kind of money promising you replacement lenses and they act like take what we have or nothing and how do you not have lenses we just purchased last month.

I ordered prescription sunglasses at a booth at the Hideaway during Cave Creek Bike week in April. June now, still no glasses, though i did get a pair of frames i didn't want with some clear lenses,, first so i could go to a dr for measurements, measurements they never mentioned when giving order and prescription.

So i did and cajoled someone in dr office to do it, as they didn't want to for liability reasons as this isn't how it is supposed to work according to them. No surprise after dealing with this company. Was told order would take two weeks, going on two months now.

Finally got another package and it was yet another set of frames i didn't order with clear lenses, not at all what i ordered, not even close. Complete waste of time and ripoff.

This company needs better customer service and more personnel.

If you would spend more money providing the support your customers need versus setting up multiple stands at an event to try and attract new & repeating business you would probably have happier customers and repeat business. Although, you eventually helped me with my part replacement. It came with great effort on my part. So much I had to put calendar entries and reminders in my phone to call every day for almost 2 weeks until your only customer service person finally put my part in the mail. I spoke to other people who promised me my part was in the mail. Lies! I finally spoke to the customer service person who's name I was given at least a couple of times and after a few calls with this person I actually received my part. This is not the way to treat customers you want to buy a second and possibly third pair of expensive sunglasses.

I agree, they dont respond back to emails, they have a bunch of 6 year ols working there. all there employees are incompetent people.

I have been dealing with an issue for 5 months now, and still not resolved, there salesmen at bike weeks are liers.

I wasted $230 on a pair of glasses that last 1 year, ao much for thete so called lifetime warranty. I will boycott there stand when i go to bike week, i woukd advise everyone to do the same, lets put these crooks out of business

Worst customer service ever

Sent my glasses back for a different size and waited 2 months. Had to continue to chase after them and they told me they were sending them out weeks ago only to find out they didn’t have them in stock and didn’t tell me about it. I asked for a refund and they ignored me until they shipped them out.

Purchaced replacement lenses for bagger glasses.

The company sent lenses for big daddy baggers. I have sent three e mails to get problem remedied and have yet to get a reply.

They will regret their decision as i go to car and motorcycle shows for a living and i will stand at their boooth and run off customers all day. Did i mention i work for a magazine publishing company?

I agree, same here, i purchased a pair at bike week last year and the lenses suck, already got a chip and the transition from day to night stopped working, i got online and ordered a another pair of lenses for $117 which is outrageous, they sent me wrong lenses, i emailed them twice, i will call them Monday, if i dont get any results i am calling up paypal and my credit card company, all these companies from California are big scam artist

Just sounds like he is upset rightfully so, I am sure he spent a lot of money for these sunglasses and deserves to get attention when he has an issue. With that said you get more with honey then you do with vinegar. You might want to try going to the booth at one of these shows and speak with either the representative or the owners you will find treating others with respect will go along way.

Still waiting

I was at the Hideaway in Cave Creek during biker show. The Icicles sun glass booth was next to the band. I saw them, liked them and bought a pair for me and a pair for my girlfriend. I bought my pair on the condition that he would send me two sets of 2.75 bi-focal lenses. He said don't worry they will be there in about 2 weeks. I've been waiting close to 5 or 6 weeks. I like the glasses and the Girl Friend loves hers. I would never have bought sunglasses without a prescription and certainly not pay close to $500 for two pairs. I'm disappointed and and if something isn't done soon I will start to tell everyone not to buy them. I could go either way on these glasses. Icicle beware. You start *** bikers off your sales will go down. We stick together.

These icicles people are Stealing intellectual property from other brands. They do not make not one pair.

They are also not Certified Z 87 safety glasses as they mention on their website. If you have purchased a pair of these glasses that say Z 87 on them you should follow many law suits with icicle and file or call FDA Complaint Hotline.

The icicles glasses are made in the country of China. And that country is reselling all of icicles styles in Europe.

International buyers beware

Incorrect order in confirmation email that goes through after a order is placed. Incorrect price charged to credit card and impossible to get a clear response from management. Over charging and incorrect product. Website is very misleading. Once you have placed a order good luck trying to stop it going through if it is not correct in the confirmation email. Resolution is a your expense send item back with no guarantee of refund.

I bought a pair in Ocean City Maryland this weekend at bike week. I tried them on, they looked great. When I got them home and went to wear them. There are two scratches and the foam has a tear. Must not have been the same pair. I've called and left two messages and have sent two emails. Still waiting for someone to get back to me. So, how long will I have to wait until I receive some kind of communication. A day, week, month, year? Will I hear back from them at all? Now I'm trying to send this complaint and it's telling me I need at least 100 words. Umm.. Think I'm at over 100 words. so I'll keep going, and going, and going, and going.

I agree, they sold me a pair at bike week last year, i paid for big daddy baggers but there crooked salesman gave me baggers which are way cheaper, he probably pocketed the rest of the money beings i paid cash $225. The regular baggers are only $179 .

Now my transitions do not switch from day to night, they tell me its not covered? Wtf.. so much for there lifetime warranty. So i had to buy another pair of lenses for $110 , they came to me wrong because of the crooked salesman had on my receipt he sold me big daddy, so they sent me big daddy instead of regular baggers.

So i had to email them which was ignored. so I finally called them up, they said they will send me out the new lenses today, but of course they didn't want to address the fact that i paid for big daddy and regular baggers.

All thise employees are scammers. I will never buy anything ftom any vendors at bike weeks from this day forward

Was at laguna seca. I feel in love with the punk pair. Very light weight and comfortable. But he told me 139. The next day i checked my account and he charged me 159!???? Super pissed. Lyers. My boyfriend was right. He totally scamed me. The guy was super nice to. Not happy. Wish i knew how much bad reviews they have gotten. Charging those prices and lying to people is horrible customer service. Trying to see if they will get back to me to resolve the issue. But i doubt it. :(
